- With over 20 years post qualification experience dealing with building defects, I am a very experienced Chartered Surveyor and I am ideally placed to provide you with an informed and expert view regarding the property you are proposing to purchase. As a small independent practice I do not have the restrictions of a larger firm and am able to take time to fully inspect the property and to fully consider the content of the report I am providing to you.
In most instances I will be able to inspect the property within 1 to 2 days of receiving your instructions (subject to access) and will issue my report to you the day after the inspection. Reports will be issued by e-mail for speed of delivery. I will be happy to discuss the content of the report by telephone immediately following my inspection and will answer any further queries you may have after you have read the report.
